Auto Accident Claims

I help people who are injured in automobile accidents. The issues you are forced to deal with after an accident are very confusing. Usually you must deal with two different insurance companies. My job is to make sure you understand how the system works and the extent of your legal rights. I will advise you whether you are entitled to money for your injuries.

Workers Compensation Claims

If a worker is injured on the job, he is entitled to certain benefits. My job is to make sure that you receive all your workers compensation benefits. A large number of people hire me because after their accident they never receive the medical treatment or weekly check they are entitled to receive.

At our initial conference I will advise you whether or not you are being improperly denied benefits. I will also advise you whether or not you will be entitled to a monetary settlement for your injury or disability.

There are a number of deadlines that must be followed. I will advise you of all the time limits during our first visit.

Personal Injury Claims

I handle other types of personal injury cases, including slip and falls, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, and product liability.

If your case involves an area of the law that I do not practice, feel free to call and I will refer you to an attorney who handles cases in that area.

Fees

There are no fees charged unless you win. The contingent fee is different depending on the type of case. Call me and I will quote you the exact fee during our initial phone call.
